1. What this notice covers

This Cookie Notice explains how the SlateMark Studio website uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy. Cookies are small files a site can store in your browser; similar technologies do comparable things.

2. What we use today

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to this site, which work and services people explore, and whether an inquiry is successfully sent. Analytics remains off until you choose Allow analytics. Your choice is saved in this browser so we can respect it on later visits. We do not send names, email addresses, project descriptions, or other form contents to Analytics.

3. Categories of cookies and technologies

• Essential site functions — the website, form delivery, spam protection, and your saved privacy and motion preferences.
• Analytics / performance — optional — Google Analytics 4 may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_* after you allow it. These help distinguish visits and measure usage. Google Analytics cookies can persist for up to two years, subject to browser restrictions and Google’s configuration.
• Advertising / personalization — disabled — this implementation denies advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization. Google signals are disabled. No social-media pixel is included.

4. Third-party services

Netlify hosts the website and handles contact-form delivery. Google provides Analytics and can receive standard technical information, including browser and device information and an IP address during collection. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s cookie information. The main studio site’s typefaces are self-hosted. Portfolio concept sites may use their own third-party assets and are separate demonstrations.

5. Consent, and your choices

You can Allow or Decline analytics. Until you allow it, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded and this implementation sends no Analytics requests. Open Cookie preferences at any time to change your choice. Declining after previously allowing analytics stops new measurement and clears the accessible Google Analytics cookies set by this site. Your choice does not prevent you from browsing or sending an inquiry.

6. Managing cookies in your browser

You can view, block, or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site — such as the forms — from working correctly.
