Roofs you can drive past.
A finished roof looks good on day one. The interesting ones are five and ten years old. Ask us for three addresses near you and we’ll give you roofs from different years, so you can see how they’ve held up — not how they photographed.

The adjuster’s first scope missed the ice-and-water at the valleys. Supplement approved with the code reference; the upgrade to Class 4 was the owner’s choice and dropped her premium.

Two layers of shingles and a roof-over from the eighties came off to find four sheets of soft decking. Photographed, replaced at the per-sheet price on the estimate. Walk-through at 5:40.

Chalked the day after the storm, walked with the adjuster the following week. Approved on the first inspection — the squares did the talking.

A pipe boot in 2017, charged as a pipe boot. Two years later the roof was done and we said so; the owner had the two years, and the second call went to the same number.

A simple gable with a long south plane — the right house for metal. Snow guards over the front walk and nowhere else.

A year-nine call in 2025: a stain by the chimney. Counter flashing had been disturbed by a mason. Fixed under our workmanship warranty, no invoice, photos in the file.

Roof and gutters together. Six-inch on the back plane, where a five had overshot every August for a decade. Downspouts extended to a buried drain.

A low-slope shop roof that ponded by the units. Tapered insulation, rebuilt drain sumps, walk pads to the units. Dry the next spring, and the one after.

Hail in June, adjuster in July, roof in August. The owner filed the claim herself with our photographs; Marisol sat with her for the call.

Every job goes in the book with the address, the system and the date. When you ask, we’ll give you three near you from different years. Drive past. Look at the ridge lines and the flashing. Then call us, or don’t.

We don’t stage photographs. What you see on this site is what a Ridgeline job looks like on a Tuesday: tarps on the beds, ropes up, underlayment down by mid-morning, and a crew you’d recognize from the estimate.
