The website

Everything on this site is general information about how we work. It isn’t an estimate, and nothing here is a promise about your particular roof — that comes in writing after we’ve been on it. Photographs of jobs and people are ours, or used with permission; please don’t reuse them.

Estimates

Estimates are written, itemized and carry no obligation. The price on an estimate is the price on the invoice, with one stated exception: decking replacement, at the per-sheet price printed on the estimate.

Contracts

Every contract we write includes, in plain language on page one, the rights Colorado law gives you on a roofing contract paid for by an insurance claim: that you may cancel within 72 hours of your insurer denying the claim and receive your deposit back, and that we will never pay, waive or rebate your deductible.

Warranty

Our workmanship warranty is a separate written document you receive at the walk-through. Its terms are on the warranty page and on the document itself; where they differ, the document wins.
