What we collect
When you send the estimate form we receive what you typed: your name, phone, address, what’s going on with the roof and anything you added. When you call, Marisol writes down the same things. When we walk your roof we take photographs of it, which go in your file.
What it’s for
Calling you back, writing your estimate, doing the work, and — if you hire us — honoring the warranty for its full term. That last one is why we keep your file for as long as the warranty runs.
What it’s never for
We don’t sell it, rent it, trade it or hand it to a marketing company. We don’t add you to a newsletter. If you ask for an estimate and don’t hire us, you won’t hear from us again unless you call.
This website
It sets no tracking cookies and loads nothing from third parties. The form is delivered by our hosting provider and stored in our office email.
Your file
Ask and we’ll send you everything we hold, or delete it — unless a warranty is still running on it, in which case we’ll tell you what we need to keep and why.
